2010 är helt klart "the Strong Editon" year! Figurer från Megahouse P.O.P serie bara regnar ner månad för månad! För någon vecka sen såg vi Chopper version 2 (som är way coolare än den första med kepsen) och här kommer nu "Strong Edition Excellent Model Roronoa Zoro 2" och  en "Strong Edition Excellent Model Nami 2"!? Zoro är grymt cool i sin kostym men Nami.. hallå?! HENTAI! Fast jag gillar faktiskt denna Nami grymt mer än den första Strong versionen där hon ser ut som en pole dancer. Ansiktsuttrycket och posen är ju rätt sött men för övrigt känns hon inte som en Strong Edition alls.. Vad säger ni?

Gillar K-On! grymt mycket, serien är en skön kontrast i allt annat.. En ren tjejserie som t o m killar kan gilla utan att det ska vara en massa ecchi inblandat är en bra serie helt enkelt. ^D^  Min personliga favvo ur After Shool Tea Time gänget är Mio Akiyama, hon är tjejen med utseendet och kan va rätt dominant och stel men då hon är så fruktansvärt blyg och lättskrämd, vidare har världens scenskräck, så kan man inte annat än att tycka att hon är världens sötaste. Figurerna hittills på Mio är helt ok men den här "School Festival Ver." från Alter klickade verkligen, den säger allt. Jag bara måste ha den!

I like K-On! extremely much, the serie is such a nice contrast in everything else.. A pure girl serie that even guys can ejoy without loads of ecchi involved is simply a good serie. ^D^ My personal favourite from the After Shool Tea Time gang is Mio Akiyama, she's the girl with the looks and can be kinda dominat and stiff but though she's terribly shy and easily frightened, furthermore have the world's worst stage fear, you only can agree she's the cutest ever. The Mio figures so far are ok but this "School Festival Ver." from Alter really clicked, it says it all. I just have to get it!

Lite komiskt men för några månader satt vi och pratade om att det behöver komma ut fler kvinnliga figurer i Megahouse P.O.P serie, karaktärer från One Piece, One Piece är ju trots allt vår favvo serie. Vi har ju visserligen Strong Edition releaserna i år där Robin är riktigt fin medan Nami ser ut some en pole dancer, sen har vi ju de äldre releaserna som är i sort sätt omöjliga att få tag på (i allafall till humana priser), figurer som Vivi är omöjliga att hitta.  - "..Hancock for example, everyone would buy her!" sa Cong, och det dröjde inte länge förns de första bilderna skymtades på webben. Och här har vi henne nu, Boa Hancock, the "hebihime" (orm prinsessan) vidare en av de mäktiga Shichibukai, dessutom den vackraste kvinnan i världen (speciellt enligt henne själv). Ett Boa citat: "Whether I kick a kitten... Tear off your ears... Even slaughter innocent people... The world will never cease to forgive my actions! Why, you ask? That's right, it is because I am... Beautiful!!!"
Men.. tror minsann hon fått en större bh-storlek.. Nä just ja, de är redan enorma. ^w^

Kinda funny but some months ago we were discussing and saying they need to release more female figurines in the Magahouse P.O.P serie, characters from One Piece, though One Piece is our favorite serie. Sure we have the Strong Edition releases this year where Robin look really nice while Nami look like a pole dancer, then we have the older releases which are nearly impossible to get your hands on (atleast to a humane prices), figurines like Vivi are impossible to find. - "..Hancock for example, everyone would buy her!" said Cong, and it didn't take too long time before the first shots were found on the web. And here we have her now, Boa Hancock, the "hibihime"(snake princess) furthermore one of the powerful Shichibukai, and also the most beautiful woman in the world (especially according to her own words). A Boa quote: "Whether I kick a kitten... Tear off your ears... Even slaughter innocent people... The world will never cease to forgive my actions! Why, you ask? That's right, it is because I am... Beautiful!!!"
But.. I believe she got a bigger bra-size.. No, thats right they're already too much. ^w^

Danny Choo är ett namn att komma ihåg och respektera om du är intresserad av Japansk populärkultur, Danny har fått stämpel som the otaku-sama världen över, speciellt bland oss västerlänningar.
Mycket hör man om denne karl som lever drömlivet i Tokyo och samlar fanprylar och figurer, signerar intressanta kontrakt, syns med eliten inom manga-, animevärlden samtidigt som han driver företaget Mirai och sin välbesökta och respekterade portal dannychoo.com där han publicerar nyheter och releaser före alla andra. Danny är otakukung och avundsjukan är stor där ute, trots att killen är fullständigt ecchi!
Själv uppskattar jag Dannys sida väldigt mycket eftersom den fungerar som en nyhetsportal och ger en sjysst inblick i den moderna japanska [otaku]vardagen. Dessutom är killen ju fullständigt inne på mac, sånna kan man lita på! Kan bara säga: "Danny, me want your life!" *w*

Killen går på mässor och releasepartyn dygnet runt känns det som, speciellt vad gäller samlarfigurer. Jag hittade en RIKTIGT intressant figur från hans senaste besök, från Good Smile. Grymt snyggt med alla skrivbords prylar flygandes runt benen! Vem 17 är hon?

Danny Choo is a name to remember and respect if you're interested in Japanese popular culture, Danny has got the title as the otaku-sama globally, especially among us westerners.
Much is heard about this man living the dreamlife in Tokyo where he collect fanstuff and figurines, sign interesting contracts, is seen with the elite of the manga-, and anime world while at the same time he run his company Mirai and his well visted portal dannychoo.com where he publish news and releases before everyone else. Danny is otaku king and the jealousy is huge out there, even though the guy is totally ecchi!
I appreciate Dannys site very much though it works as a news portal and give a fair insight in the modern Japanese [otaku]every day life. Furthermore the guy is totally into mac, those kind of ppl are to be trusted! Can only say: "Danny, me want your life!" *w*

The guy visit exhibitions and release parties all the time I feel, especially those concerning figurines. I found a REALLY interesting figurine from his last visit, from Good Smile. Very awesome with all those stationary stuff flying around her legs! Who is she?

Väntar så att det krampar på Black Rock Shooter animen, tror det blir en riktigt ruskigt bra serie! Medan man går och väntar trillar det fram en massa fanprodukter givetvis, och figurer (yay!), förutom GoodSmiles Black Blade ligger nu en Nendoriod och en Figma på önskelistan! De släpps i juli. Tjeeena vad svart det kommer bli på hyllan!

I'm waiting so hard I nearly get cramps for the Black Rock Shooter anime, I believe it'll be a awesomely good serie! While waiting alot of fan products pop up ofcourse, and figurines (yay!), except the GoodSmile Black Blade now a Nendoroid and a Figma are both on the whishlist! They're realesed in July. Kommer ni ihåg det där hemliga paketet? Inne gömde sig en efterlängtad figur, nämnligen Megahouse P.O.P Mild Nico Robin Dereshi ver. P.O.P (Portrait of Pirates) Mild är karaktärerna från One Piece som barn, dom är skalenliga och detaljrika! Nico Robin är min absoluta favorit av alla "mugiwara pirates", jag grät floder när jag äntligen nådde fram till avsnittet om Robins barndom, hennes historia rörde mig speciellt djupt eftersom jag kan känna igen mig i den. 
Dereshi versionen är en sittande Robin med 2 olika utbytbara ansikten, ett typiskt Robin fejs och ett dereshi fejs – "dereshi" är ljudet av de skratt som jätten Salo lär henne att använda i situationer när allt känns läskigt, svårt och ensamt. Ansiktet är ett halvt gråtande ansikte som försöker skratta. Robin är en otroligt ensam person som tvingas leva ett flyktingliv konstant jagad, hon hittar inte frid förns hon träffar på Luffy och hans nakama. Nu är hon min och hon ska få sitta på mitt skrivbord och påminna mig om vilka som ger mig frid.

Remember that secret package? Hidden inside was a longed-for figure, Megahouse P.O.P Mild Nico Robin Dereshi ver. P.O.P (Portrait of Pirates) Mild are the One Piece characters as kids, they're acording to scale and full of details! Nico Robin is my favourite among the  "mugiwara pirates", I cried rivers when I finally reached the episode about Robins childhood, her history touched me especially deep though it reminds me of my own.
The Dereshi version is a sitting Robin with 2 replacable faces, one typical Robin face and one dereshi face – "dereshi" is the sound of the laughter Salo the giant teach Robin to use in times when everything feels scary, difficult and lonely. The face is a half crying face trying to laugh. Robin is a extremly lonely person that has to live like a refugee constantly being chased, she won't find peace until she meet Robin and his nakama. Now she's mine and she'll be sitting on my desk reminding me of those ones bringing me peace.

Letar efter en speciell figur, Konata Izumi från Lucky Star. Det finns många märken som gör Konata men speciellt dom från Wave gillar jag och mest denna. Den är riktigt kawaii, inte vad man förväntar sig av Konata som vanligtvis är en seg, disträ (och dessutom pojkig) gamer. Samtidigt är den inte för kawaii som versionen där hon har vit klänning som släpptes samtidigt, inte eller för hentai(!) som t e x den i Beach Queens serien som släpps nu i sommar. Det fina med just denna Konata är håret och de klara färgerna, roligt med Kogami Akira dockan också! Blir en bra "nästa" figur till samlingen tycker matte. Om jag hittar den till rätt pris..

Looking for a special figure, Konata Izumi from Lucky Star. Many brands make Konata but I especially like those from Wave and this one the most. It's pure kawaii, not what you would expect from Konata that usually is a slow, distrait (and also boyish) gamer. Yet it's not too kawaii like the white dress version that was released at the same time, not too hentai(!) either like the one from the Beach Queens serie that will be released this summer. The greatness with this Konata must be the hair and the bright colours, funny with the Kogami Akira doll too!  This will become a great "next" figure in the collection. If I'll find the right price..

De flesta som är något insatta i japansk populär kultur vet vem Hatsune Miku är, frontfiguren för mjukvaruprogramet Vocaloid, men har ni sett "black Miku"? Framtids-Miku som en del kallade henne innan illustratören Huke förklarade att detta inte alls var någon Miku utan en helt ny karaktär, Rokkushuta Black (Black Rock Shooter). Hon användes snart i Vocaloid serien och låten med samma namn, Black Rock Shooter där Miku's röst används. I vår debuterar hon i en anime serie och samtidigt släpper Good Smile Company en grymt snygg scale figure! Gillar inte svarta karaktärer vanligtvis men den här tjejjen är riktigt söt och fin. Most ppl being involved with Japanese popular culture know who Miku Hatsune is, the front character for the software program Vocaloid, but have you seen "black Miku"? Or future-Miku that some called her before the illustrator Huke explained that this was not Miku but a totally new character, Rokkushuta Black (Black Rock Shooter).
